Jury Duty

I've got Jury Duty today, so I'm not here. But I still have some great stuff for you guys.

First, go visit my friend, Shannon Whitney Messenger, she's got great news this morning.

Next, some of you may have seen it, but I know most didn't see me being interviewed, by my friend Amy.

Finally, I posted for Project Mayhem on Friday. If you missed that, please go have a look. The post includes a fun video.

I'm SO excited for Shannon.

I'm an attorney but never got jury duty (knock on wood). If you're picked, I'd love to hear about your experiences. Good luck.

Eew yuk! Already congratulated Shannon. Already read your interview and your post at PM. Um ... sorry, but you're just going to have to come back home and post something for me to read. Pronto ... ;o)

If you get chosen for a jury I hope it's at least an interesting case!

I'm dropping in from Alex's blog. Nice to meet you. *waves* Thanks for the blogfest idea - you and Alex make an awesome team.

Hope you've pulled an interesting case...really hope you're over the nasties (read previous blog) and feeling like your ole self.

Jury duty scares me. I hope you're feeling better, and can get back into the swing of things soon!

Also, sorry about the Packer win. I must have been cheering a little to well last night.

I wondered why things were so quiet down your way. I think you'll be an awesome juror: hit 'em with a bit of Yoda, jab with some LOTRs, counterpunch with some Marbury Lens...

As for the epic Shannon news, count me in with the happy dancing squad.

Have fun at jury duty! I've never been, but those who have tell me to bring books because you do a lot of waiting....

And I loved Shannon's blog announcement. It was such happy news on a Monday morning!

Jury duty on Columbus Day? Those slave drivers! I have the day off and don't feel guilty about it at all.

Maine character's comment is great.
And I am so happy for SWM. Wow.
And you, you Jedi guy, pulling civil duty on top of all your other amazing graces. Thank you for inspiring and supporting us.

Man, I get so many Jury Duty letters, from both Arizona and Hawaii. You'd think they would learn that I am overseas permanently and not available, and save some taxpayer money on all the postage.
