I think a review from a friend is as important as one of an unknown person because though as friend you're biased not to say nothing bad, youre still aware that reviews that say your review was biased are more painful than a subjective review which makes you be trutful.
I know it's confusing but I really think that a friend can offer a sincere review and a friend who likes to read can offer a sincere review. So... in my opinion your opinion counts as much as any other readere's opinion.
