G.O.T.

I'm not sure what's wrong with me this week but I have no inspiration to come up with my standard clever, educational, hilarious and inspiring blog posts, so instead I'm going to leave you with this video. Get excited, get very excited biatches (assuming you have HBO).

LOL. I should get satellite TV.

It's Boromir!!!

Since this is somewhat in the vein of The Tudors (a show which had me completed addicted), I'm so there.

Oh. Wow. I have to tell my husband about this. This is his kind of show. Too bad we don't get HBO. Hopefully it will come on a different channel in Canada. *rushes off to email link to hubby*

I am in the same boat of blah. Oh well, I hope that you are able to snap back and for that matter, me too.

PS. That looks like an awesome show and luckily I have HBO.

Looks pretty awesome!! Dare I say Tudoriffic?

And luckily it will only take 34 seasons to cover all the material in the books!

oh this is cool, we will prolly get it in 2 years. Notice how only the pretties seem to be bathed in light? in the trailer

The young ladies there are bathed in light 'cause they're on another continent - a desert land - while the others are freezing in the north.

Remarkable books - the first three are totally compelling - and I'm thrilled at the cast and the quality of production for what should be at least five seasons of Starks, Lannisters, and... well, you'll see. :-)

What's HBO? Can you get that on cable?

I thought the same thing as Tracy: Boromir! (thought I'm not sure it's the same actor, is it?)

Maybe I should read the novels. I'm about to run dry on books...

i am SO FREAKIN exctied for this! First, i love the books. Then I LOVE SEAN BEAN. it is so full of win for me.
We're trying to get our parents to get HBO before it starts so they can watch it too

I can't see videos at work so I guess we're looking forward to a Tudoresque show on HBO starring Sean Bean? I'm in, but will have to wait for DVD as I did with Tudors since I don't have HBO. My motto, better late than never.

This does look very good. I really enjoyed the books, but now I have to wait for it to be sent to the UK.

Yes Eric, Sean Bean, who most certainly did play Boromir, quite well IMHO I might add.

Huh. Haven't heard of this but it looks like one to add to my online streaming hook ups. Thanks!

Martin is my favorite living author, so of course I am dying to see this. Sadly, I can't get HBO, so I must wait even longer for the DVDs to come out. Martin is the reason I sat down the first time and began typing.

I think it's something in the water, because I haven't been able to come up with anything either. Maybe next week?

Have a great weekend!

But it's the weekend!! Yay!!

Have a good one! Take care

Shitsky I'm excited! Yes, Boromir--I'm glad he seems to have a larger role this time 'round! Don't worry about the blahs. Everyone gets them. It just means you need time to rest and fill up again. It's a tidal thing. Not a lunar female thing, but I think males go through something similar in different ways, yes?

I hope this comes to Sky tv here. It looks awesome!

I've had a less than creative imagination for blog posts this week. I blame the weather!

That looks cool, except I don't have HBO- darn. I always miss the good ones. Maybe we should get HBO...but then that's one more show to get involved with..sigh..

No HBO as we cut back on lots of luxuries this year. Heck, I have to go to a friend's house just to watch Dexter.

erica and christy said...

I don't watch much TV and we don't have HBO. But for shows I've had recommended to me (Dexter, True Blood), I prefer renting the DVDs anyway. You can block off a weekend and plow right through the whole season.

Good luck with the mojo!

This conclusion leads us that there is brobdingnagian deprivation in leaning back the treatment of English-speaking tutors, who are specializing in teaching English.
