I'm being tricky today.
I'm actually not writing about this here.
I don't really "review" books over here anymore.
Actually I don't really "review" books at all.
I'm a writer, not a critic.
But I do recommend books that I really loved.
I just don't do it here.
I do it: here.

ReplyDeleteI went, I saw, I wanna read it. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteYou are so a writer AND a critic. And a damn fine one.
ReplyDeleteHah! I don't know about that. But thanks.
ReplyDeleteI'll have to go check it out. Just started following your blog. I'm a fellow writer too, can't wait to read more. ;)
ReplyDeleteGreat book by a great author. Check out The Marbury Lens, too. Fo sho! And his blog is great, too.

ReplyDeleteInteresting cover. Me haz to check it out. *heads over
ReplyDeleteFrom your post/review I'm convinced writers make better critics. Now copywriters ... we can barely finish books let alone understand 'em.
ReplyDeleteBTW...this is your post, right?
Have heard a lot about this book. Will need to get a copy of it.
ReplyDeleteFine. I'll go THERE. :)
ReplyDeleteHeading over! I'd much rather get a recommendation from a fellow reader/writer/blogger than go by newspaper reviews (which often seem to ride the same bandwagon) or people I don't know on Amazon and such.
ReplyDeleteI loved that recommendation. It obviously came from the heart.
ReplyDeleteI see they have the book at my local library...
ReplyDeleteYou tricky trickster! That was an awesome review. I'll let you know when I read it.
