    I love this idea of hers. What a great way to get your work critiqued without all of the pressure.

    Thanks for the shout out, Matt.

    The first critique was a great success - the writer loved all of the helpful feedback and so far the second one is generating some great feedback. We have so many talented writers in this community, it's awesome that we can draw on each others' experience and help one another out!

    I look forward to seeing some new faces on the blog today.
